UV Flexo
UV Flexo technology is excellent for printing on blister foil materials. The rotary printing technology is format-free and compatible with both intermittent- and continuous-motion blister machines. Changing colors is as easy as installing a new ink fountain and print mat. No printing experience is necessary to operate the systems.
Solvent/Water-Based Flexo
Solvent or water-based Flexo technology are great for low capital investment and ease of use on intermittent or continuous motion blister machines. Limited operator know-how is not an issue as the printers are mechanical in nature and intuitive for operation and trouble-shooting. With an extremely low price point, these are ideal for new companies, smaller to mid-tier operations, and standard print requirements. Print quality is excellent on foils, Tyvek, and medical paper.
